"I KNOW THAT!!"

Have you ever heard yourself say, “I know that”? 

I absolutely love research, learning new information and sharing it …

Recently I was having a conversation with my accountability partner about incorporating a plan to be even more effective in our lives.  We were discussing it and a little voice in the back of my head was shouting, “I know that!! - I know that!!”

Typically, I've either said "I know that" or share the knowledge I have.

This time rather than listening to ‘that voice’ I stayed present to what she was sharing. The power of staying present, listening to her message, had me realizing ‘that voice’ was way off.

Oh gosh, to all of the times I’ve been a know-it-all. 

New day, continuing to learn and forward I go!
